These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the KPFY platform (the "Service") provided by Clario Dev Imob SRL ("KPFY", "we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
KPFY is a call analytics platform for medical clinics and call centers. It transcribes and analyzes telephone calls, scores operator performance and protocol compliance, and correlates advertising performance — including data retrieved through the Google Ads API — with call and appointment outcomes.
Access is provided to authorized users only. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access data you are not authorized to access, interfering with its operation, or using it in breach of applicable law.
The Service integrates with third-party services, including Google Ads. Your use of those integrations is also subject to the respective third-party terms. KPFY's use of Google API data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy and the Google Ads API Terms and Conditions.
The Service, including its software and content, is owned by Clario Dev Imob SRL and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KPFY shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, and any dispute shall be subject to the competent courts of Bucharest.
We may update these Terms; material changes are indicated by the "Last updated" date.
